and Terra Alta

...ICE STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM WEDNESDAY TO 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. ice accumulations around one quarter
of an inch, with up to an inch of snow.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel
could be nearly impossible on untreated roads. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening ans Thursday morning commutes.
