I received the following email from Fred McMullen of the NWS Pittsburgh.
The snowfall and road reports came from many different clubs, hams and
locations, so I am sharing his email with all three lists.  Again terrific
work with the snowfall reports, well done!

*This is AWESOME!!!  So many snowfall reports from the West Virginia ham
radio operators when not so long ago we would only get a handful.  Please
extend my thanks to everyone who braved the winter conditions and measured
snow for us.  It is greatly appreciated.  We posted a map of your reports
