* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero expected.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Preston, Ridges of Eastern
Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
gloves.
