...AREAS OF BLACK ICE, FREEZING FOG, AND FREEZING DRIZZLE OVERNIGHT...

Area temperature will fall below freezing and allow for any standing water
from melting snow to freeze, which may lead to localized icy spots on
roadways.

Additional, patchy freezing fog and drizzle are also possible, especially
in the West Virginia higher terrain. This could lead to localized icy spots
to develop on elevated surfaces and roadways. Motorists should exercise
caution while driving tonight into early Saturday morning before rising
temperature and loss of fog ends travel concerns.
