At 06:45 EST I measured 3.5 inches of snowfall.

The NWS has begun requesting our snowfall reports. *Therefore we will
activate the North Central West Virginia Skywarn Net at 07:00 on the W8MWA
two-meter repeater (145.430 MHz.) *Please check in if you are able.

Now, from the NWS Pittsburgh:

*The region has seen roughly 1-3" of snow so far with many areas still
accumulating. But the backside of the system is in sight, with the
approximate ending time of accumulation (though light snow may linger
longer) noted by the yellow lines in the attached graphic.*
