The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Northern Preston County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1008 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles
southeast of Brookhaven, or 8 miles northwest of Kingwood, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Kingwood, Terra Alta, Reedsville, Masontown, Albright,
Brandonville, Bruceton Mills, Valley Point, Laurel Run,
Cranesville and Hazelton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
