[W8MWA] NWS Request Flooding Information - Marion and Wetzel

The Pittsburgh NWS has requested our assistance with information related to
flooding around or west of Mannington in Marion county.

If you are aware of any flooding issues please let me know via email or the
W8MWA two-meter repeater.
