Below is the response that I received from Fred McMullen of the NWS
regarding online SKYWARN training this year.

We don't have online SKYWARN training scheduled yet for this year, but we
will offer it at some point.  In the interim, I would encourage folks to
use the online training modules

Watch the videos, take a test at the end and they will be good to go.  The
presentation this year won't be much different than this one.
