[W8MWA] Spotter Training Schedule -- 2024 Spring SKYWARN Classes

If you are interested in becoming a National Weather Service SKYWARN
Trained Observer or Spotter, or if your current certificate has lapsed, the
Pittsburgh NWS will be offering Basic and Advanced SKYWARN Classes
starting in March 2024.

There are several classes scheduled at locations that are within driving
distance of Morgantown. The locations and dates can be found on
the attached PDF. I believe that the NWS also plans to offer online
(virtual) training as well. I have asked for those dates and times I will
share them when I have received them.

Personally, I found the Basic and Advanced classes to be of real value and
quite interesting. Even if you don't plan to be a SKYWARN Trained Observer
or Spotter, the classes are all very worthwhile. And they are free!
