[W8MWA] Advisory: North Central West Virginia Skywarn Net Now in Standby Mode

As the Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Monongalia County, WV has expired,
the North Central West Virginia Skywarn Net has transitioned from Active to
Standby Mode at 15:10 EST.

The repeater is now available for regular amateur radio activity. However,
we ask that stations continue to monitor the W8MWA repeater throughout the
afternoon and evening as more storms may develop later on.
