[W8MWA] Winter Weather Advisory - Preston and Tucker Counties

>From the NWS Pittsburgh:

Confidence is increasing that there will be a period of freezing rain or
freezing drizzle over the mountains of West Virginia on Tuesday. Because of
this, a winter weather advisory has been issued for Presroj and Tucker
Counties.
