[W8MWA] Christmas Parade - last minute info

Sorry for getting this out so late. Just got the "final" participant 
list yesterday. Attached please find 2 versions of the participant list, 
different formats, as well as a map of the proposed placement. As is 
usual, there may be people show up that aren't on the list. We'll just 
feed them into the group with the same type units...walkers, floats, 
cars, etc. There should be a parade official at most strategic points so 
we'll shadow them where possible. If we have more hams show up than 
officials, well that's good. We'll put you somewhere, don't worry about 
that. Can't have too many.

Please dress warmly. It's going to be a chilly one. We can expect to be 
out for about 3 hours. Temperatures are probably going to be in the 
20's. We'll plan to meet in the parking lot on North High Street across 
from the Wesley Church around 4:00. Lineup officially starts at 4:30 but 
people show up early much of the time. No guarantees but I've always 
parked there and not gotten a ticket for not paying. I plan to chance it 
again. Also if you have a reflective vest please wear it. It helps us be 
seen and look official. I'll have a couple extras if you need one. 
Communications will be on the WVU repeater, 146.76, - offset, 103.5 
CTCSS tone.

Lastly please feel free to join the pizza celebration at Pizza Al's at 
the University Town Center afterwards. They're buying but I always try 
to pitch in a couple bucks. I think it's coming out of someone's 
personal pocket. It is not required or expected for any of us to pitch in.
