[W8MWA] Thursday Morning Severe Weather Update

Severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging
wind, isolated tornadoes, and large hail are also possible.

The main change overnight is that the Lever 3 (high probability of severe
storms) has moved further east extending now into western Monongalia and
Marion Counties. The eastern side of these counties and most of Preston
County remain in a Level 2 risk.
