[W8MWA] Updates from the NWS

A couple of updates from the Pittsburgh NWS:

Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the higher terrain locations
for Preston County (WV) from midnight tonight to midnight Friday. Total
accumulations up to 4 inches possible. Greatest accumulation expected in
the ridges of eastern Tucker County, where up to 8 inches of snow will be
possible through Friday night.

As for the rest of us, we have a flood warning in effect until 22:45 this
evening. Heads up as you travel for water over roadways.
