[W8MWA] Field Day 50/50 winner

[Monongalia Wireless Assoc]

Ronnie Costello sent a siren blast into the air at 2:00 PM today,
announcing the end of Field Day 2023.  Shortly after that we drew the
winning ticket of MWA’s 50/50 drawing.  The total collected was $62.00.
Steve Miller, K8BBL, was the winner and generously donated his prize of
$31.00 back to the MWA.  Thank you, Steve.
