[W8MWA] Baofeng UV-9R for $13, shipped

Banggood.com has the Baofeng UV-9 handy-talkie for $13 after shipping.  
This is REALLY cheap.  I have purchased from Banggood before, and the 
stuff arrived.  However, that is all I will say, I cannot vouch for the 
quality of the goods. but nothing was broken when I received it.  As far 
as I can tell, this is just a naked UV-9R, with no accessories, but it 
looks like it comes with battery, belt clip, and telescopic antenna (of 
some sort).  USA location.
