I just spoke to Scott Davis (N3FJP) about our conversation last night about
using the Mon Wireless Association's N3FJP Field Day software individually
at home. He's getting a lot of questions about that same situation from
all over the world right now. He was very nice about it but said here is
the company registration policy... he provides it free to Clubs for *onsite*
Field Day activities... and that policy makes sense. (See paragraph #3
below)

If you already have N3FJP software (full-package of 120 individual
softwares for all major contests plus the Amateur Contact Log (ACLog) you
are all ready to go! If you have any of the individual N3FJP contest
softwares or ACLog currently, they give you a discounted price for the
full-package and just deduct what you already paid from the full-package
price. For those of us that already have the full-package of N3FJP
softwares we just need to download the latest version of N3FJP ARRL Field
Day software and we will be good to go! (Make sure it is the most current
version because they have recently added Prince Edward Island (PEI) as a
Canadian section!) If you need help setting up the software let me know
and we'll help ya... but it's very easy to do!

****Our club registered your software. Are club members allowed to use the
club registration at home or elsewhere for their personal use?*

No, a club registration is only for use at the location of a club station.
Providing club members registration numbers for their personal use is NOT
allowed under our registration policy. This is a violation of our
agreement, it hurts our business and our livelihood. Since 1997, we have
kept our one time registration fee low and we've provided countless free
upgrades. To continue our current, free upgrade pricing policy, we are
counting on the honesty and integrity of clubs to maintain the strict
confidentiality of club passwords.

A single program only costs about as much as one submarine sandwich
($8.99). With over 120 programs in our package, free support and free
upgrades for life, with all the work we are putting into developing,
maintaining and supporting our software, at $0.41 per program (package deal
is $49.99 / 120 programs = $0.41), our pricing represents excellent value
and the programs are already very deeply discounted

Dean is setting up our "LIVE" Monongalia Wireless Association online
scoring webpage! Those using the N3FJP ARRL Field Day software will be
able to see in real-time how our Field Day Team is doing throughout the
Field Day activity. We'll help you set-up the uploader part... it's easy.
If you choose not to use the N3FJP software, you can just send us your
final totals after Field Day and we will add them to our Monongalia
Wireless Association totals.

2020 has been a challenge for all of us... so let's enjoy Field Day as best
we can... TOGETHER!
