[W8MWA] March MWA Meeting at WVU Football Stadium Press Box

(Off Willowdale Road)

WR8S (Bill Shultz) is hosting the Monongalia Wireless Association at the
WVU Football Stadium and we will meet in the beautiful Press Box
overlooking the field!

Come into the entrance off Willowdale road and follow the road in front of
the Puskar Center (on the right) and between the Practice Facility to the
end of that road.  Take a Right Turn and go up the hill behind the Press
Box and parking is available just over the knoll behind the Press Box.

You will come into the stadium through the Gate under the Press Box and
enter the area where the elevators are located.

We will get a tour of the large Press Box area and a program about RF in
the Stadium on game days and game day operations behind the scenes.  If you
would like to see your name and call sign up on the score boards send me an
email at wt8wv.spence at gmail.com

You are encouraged to bring family members and friends (especially friends
who might want to become hams!) to have a fun evening with us.  The score
boards are soon to be torn down and replaced, so come see them one last
time!  The Press Box area is very nice and you will enjoy seeing something
very few people get to see!
