Here is a link to the standard frequencies to use for various digital
modes... FT8 and FT4 use different freqs!

Believe it, or not... getting on to FT8 and FT4 is relatively easy!
Download some free software and you'll be making contacts pretty quickly.
You'll need to use a sound card of some sort... either external (RigBlaster
or SignaLink)... or the sound card built-in in many newer radios with
digital capability. See the link below for the FT8 Operating Guide!

EVERY frequency in FT8 and FT4 use Upper Side Band! Make your filters
wide. Remember that it is 100% duty cycle transmission... so reduce your
power to about 20-40 watts! No compression. No noise blanker. No noise
reduction. No notch filter. AGC and ALC settings will depend on your own
rig. (Check your manual or get on YouTube and search for your rig and
digital modes... tons of videos there on FT8 and FT4.)

YOU NEED ACCURATE TIME ON YOUR PC! (Get Dimension4 free time sync
software... runs in the background.) Check out JT-Alert so that you can
sync your logging software to WSJT-X. Use PSKREPORTER to see where in the
world you are being heard!
