[W8MWA] Veterans Day Parade Help Request

The organizers of the Morgantown Veterans Day parade have asked for communications help. They will need a few people willing to help participants lined up, keep an eye on staging, relaying information, etc. We've never participated in this parade before but they are asking for assistance.

The date is Monday November 12, 2019. We will need to meet in the parking lot behind Panara Bread on North High St. around 5:15 at the latest. The parade will start at 6:30 and usually isn't a long one.

If you can help please let me know. We will be using the 146.76 repeater or maybe try simplex.
