[W8MWA] Computer at Newegg

If any ham in the club is looking  for a very cheap computer running 
Windows 10 Home, Newegg is selling a refurbished Dell Optiplex 780 
computer, 8 GB memory and 160 GB hard drive for $99. No screen, 
keyboard, or mouse.  I use one of these, and have upgraded it with both 
a solid-state hard drive (SSD) and USB 3.0 ports to support rapid 
interaction with external drives.  Talk to me about what you need and 
what I have done if you are interested.  You can transfer the Windows 10 
to an SSD for free, and there are free programs that mimic all of 
Microsoft Office. There are also free logging programs, and I have this 
computer interacting with my Elecraft K3 so that I can control K3 
features from the logging program.

This computer is hardly state of the art, but can be made to do ham 
tasks as well as any modern $800 computer.
