[W8MWA] Scripts for Nets

Fellow MWA'ers,

During last Tuesdays meeting there was some discussion regarding actually
documenting the scripts for the various simplex nets operated by the club.

This was actually done a few years ago when we were getting these nets off
the groupd and I have markdown versions available on github for the
following nets:

Mon County ARES Simplex Net:

North Central WV 2 Meter Single Sideband Net:

Additionally there is a script for the ARES Trafic and Training Net

If anyone sees anything that needs changed, either create a pull request on
GitHub if you are comfortable with that process or let me know and I'll
update them.

We should also probably make these more readily available on the club
website and in more easily printable versions.  I'll look into what our
best options are for that.  I'll also bring printouts of each of these to
the February club meeting.
