[W8MWA] VE test session, February 19

There will be an MWA club meeting on February 19, 2019, and we expect to 
conduct a VE test session on that day.  At the moment, there is one 
person who will bring evidence of a pre-1987 Technician license who will 
automatically upgrade to General. There is a potential Technician 
license examinee as well, and we will have our usual open-door policy 
for walk-ins.

If you are an ARRL VE with a General license or above,  and are pretty 
sure you will be free that day at 6:00 PM, I am looking for three VEs at 
this time.  I will put out a more panicked plea again next week if there 
are not enough VEs.

Remember, if you are a VE and attend the meeting, but are not able to be 
there for the examination session, you should still sign the VE sheet 
and it will update your participation record to preclude your losing 
your VE status.
