I decided to take a chance on this Cyber Monday purchase through Walmart 
.com, which is a pass-through marketplace for Lynchshop. The device is a 
Windows 10laptop with Keyboard.  It is $12.50, free shipping.  There is 
a more than vanishing chance that it will not work, but I thought, for 
$12.50 it is worth a try as a Field Day logging computer or a 
carry-around computer for QRP mobile, POTA, or other away from home 
logging and operation.
