[W8MWA] Marathon Update and thoughts

The marathon kicks off at 7:00 with the full marathon runners starting 
then.  The Half goes off at 7:17 and the 8K going at 7:30. We will need 
all participants, at least in the suncrest area to  be on station no 
alter than 6:45 to avoid street closures and such. Also to give a heads 
up of any issues at that time.  Those working further out should be on 
station no later than 7:00 for those on 705 and Mileground areas.  
Downtown, Second Ward, Sabraton, no later than 7:30.  White Park, 
Greenbag Rd, and further in by 7:45 or so. We have to remember that the 
lead runner the last 2 years completed the 26.2 mile course in 2hours 
33minutes.

With Hurricane Florence out there, it's hard to predict the weather.  
Yesterday there was 60% chance of rain.  Today the prediction is for 20% 
chance.  All I can offer is to watch carefully and be prepared for 
anything.  Hopefully it will slow and go poof when it hits land pretty 
quickly but I'd not bet much more than lunch on it.
