[W8MWA] More WVU ARC Testing

Greetings all, 

Recently the WVU ARC has been able to license a good number of people - we were able to give 15 people their Tech license in January! 

We have several students at their General level who are wishing to test up to Extra. Is it possible anyone will be avaliable to help VE on this coming Friday (the 16th) around 3pm?
