[W8MWA] Your atomic clock won't work anymore

Here is a link to a petition to stop the decision to defund radio 
transmissions of time from WWV and WWVH.  Aside from the loss to hams of 
accurate frequency markers, it seems to me that consumer atomic clocks 
that set themselves automatically from radio transmissions will also 
stop being accurate, if this measure becomes law.  If I am wrong about 
this latter argument, please let me know.
