[W8MWA] VE mess up

VEs,

At the last session that we had, this past Tuesday, we used the wrong 
set of exams for our single test subject; we must use the 2018 forms.  I 
checked with ARRL and the FCC will not accept this test.  I will send 
the materials to ARRL anyway, because they want them.  ARRL said that we 
should retest the test subject, but that we should both refund his money 
for the last test and that he would not be charged for the retest.  Gino 
Luzader, the subject, has informed me that his schedule is very 
flexible, and that he could meet with us any Taco Tuesday or Thursday at 
the lunch location to take the test.  I would like to do this on the 
upcoming Tuesday, August 28.

I will need two additional VEs to administer Gino's Tech exam, and he 
probably will not try for the General.  Please respond if you can help 
pull me out of the frying pan.
