[W8MWA] Morgantown Marathon - Communications help

Once again the HAM's in the area are being asked to help provide 
communications support for the Morgantown Marathon. The purpose of this 
marathon is to help raise funds and support for Operation Welcome Home. 
This is an organization that helps veterans.  More information can be

The race this year is going to be held on Sunday September 16. There 
will be 3 races that day:

7:00 AM start - Full Marathon - 26.2 miles

7:15 AM start - 1/2 Marathon

7:30 AM start - 8K

The 8k and 1/2 marathon will be ran in the Suncrest area as the last 
time. The full marathon will follow the same route as before - around 
Suncrest and then up Rt.705, back through downtown, Second Ward, 
Sabraton, and back to the coliseum by way of First Ward and the rail trail.

We will need operators at the coliseum and around the routes. Persons 
interested need to be available and on site from 6:30 until 2:00 or so 
in the afternoon if you are on the full marathon or if you choose to 
work just the 1/2 or 8K you will be done by noon.

We've had a great time in the past and are looking forward to working
