[W8MWA] Morgantown Christmas / Holiday Parade

I was just in contact with Mike Hopkins, the parade organizer about
this years parade. The date will be Monday December 4, 2017 at 6:30 PM
with an alternate date of Thursday December 7, 2017 at the same time. 
The alternate date is in case of really bad weather.  I think in the
history of the parades only one time has the alternate date been used.

Anyhow, The HAM community has been requested to assist again as we have
for several years.  We help with getting people where they need to be
in the line up and sending them on the way down the parade route.  We
also monitor the parade as it progresses down the street and report any
problems.

Please check your calendars and plan accordingly. We will most likely
meet as before in the parking lot behind Panera Bread on North High St.
We meet around 4:30 to start lining participants up.  The parade
usually lasts about 1 - 1.5 hours after it starts.  Also we are invited
to join with the Morgantown JC's, the sponcser, after for a meal
somewhere yet to be determined.  If you can help it's a great time.
Please let me know so we can plan how many and where we can put you. 
No experience necessary and we can even loan a radio or two if needed.
