And in Morgantown the Word was revealed:

    *Thou shalt remember the fifth day of each week, Thursday, and thou
    shalt take one hour for thyself and thy ham friends. Thou shalt do
    no work during this time, but thou shalt BS with peers of the ham
    radio persuasion, and thou shalt eat of the food of XE-land.  Thou
    shalt make plans for ham events, even if they are full of hot air. 
    Thou shalt inquire of those who are not present, and determine that
    all is well with them.*

At this time, the club elders (OFs) have determined that the appropriate 
place for this activity is Los Mariachis in Suncrest, a few hundred feet 
from Starbucks, and the time of day is High Noon.
