MONONGALIA COUNTY WIRELESS ARES TRAFFIC AND TRAINING NET

 IF  the Net Control Station cannot start the ARES net within a couple of minutes of the designated time, please take the initiative and run the net.....that's the way it is to work.....there is a possibility the NCS was detained or had an equipment failure among other things.  Do not be afraid to try, we should all be ready (that's ARES and amateur radio in general).  No body will chew you out for a mistake (they will hear from me if they do); after all it IS a TRAINING NET.

Enclosed is a copy of the preamble to be used as a guide (just cover the points and keep order)....it's not hard to follow; keep a list of the number of messages (if any) as well as a list of checkins which I need as soon after the net as possible (within a day or 2 is fine).
