[W8MWA] Christmas Parade Help Needed

Once again the hams of the area are being asked to help coordinate and
communicate at the JC¹s Christmas Parade.  The parade this year will be held
Monday December 12 due to the schedule of some of the participants.  We will
be helping with parade lineup, starting, logistics, and moving them down the
street.  

Those interested in helping should meet in the parking lot on North High
Street behind Panara Bread across from the Wesley Church by 5:00PM.  Parade
lineup will start around then but officially at 5:30.  The parade will kick
off at 6:30.  We¹ll need people for direction information during lineup as
well as down the street watching for any issues that come up along the
route.

Those parking in the lot should bring parking money according to the city
parking authority although the have not in the past been ticketing during
this event. Also if you have reflective vests or clothing it would be a good
idea to wear it.  Dress for the weather.  It¹s been from the 50¹s to colder
than gee whizz so we don¹t know in advance that time of year.

Please let me know so I can get a count to the organizers if you can help.
There¹s usually a meal involved afterwards, sponsored by the JC¹s,  for the
participants.  We¹ve had a really good time doing this in the past so lets
do it again.
