For information only, right now. I just received this E-Mail. For the past few days I have been hearing some kind of noise on the 147.255 repeater, but didn't know where it was coming from. Since the Uniontown, PA, repeater is using the same frequency and PL Tone as the Wood County/Parkersburg repeater, some of their users, at high locations, may be getting into the Wood County/Parkersburg repeater. The interference isn't too bad yet, so we will wait and see what we may have to do. We have never had this interference until they changed out their repeater. Some of our users may be getting into their new repeater.

Hi, all!
FYI - The Uniontown ARC's repeater on 147.255 MHz is now a Yaesu DR-1X, thus supporting System Fusion digital voice. While it doesn't have as large a footprint as the UHF machine on 443.750 MHz, you should be able to hit it in many parts of Mon County. Analog PL is 131.8 Hz.
