[W8MWA] Proposal for c4fm (System Fusion) simplex net.

Thanks to everyone who joined - especially N8OZY who took over as net control when, patently, my power supply began to experience issues preventing me from transmitting - I hope to have it sorted out by Next Sunday so I can fully participate. 

For everyone's information I was able to copy N8OZY and N8HGL with out issue, I could hear KD8YNY most of the time but there were a few drop outs, and I could not copy WA3UVV at all.
