[W8MWA] Proposal for c4fm (System Fusion) simplex net.

Hello Everyone,

As some of you who were in attendance at the MWA meeting on Tuesday might
have heard the idea of a c4fm simplex net was kicked around and seemed to
be of interest to those of us with exuipment capable of leveraging this
mode.

With that in mind I propose we start to hold a weekly c4fm simplex net to
be held at 18:00 local time every Sunday on 146.58 MHz.

Could anyone whose interested please reply to the list and let us know.

If another day/time works better for anyone please include that in your
reply and we'll try to coalesce around a time/day that works for everyone.
But to get things rolling I'll be on frequency this Sunday (2016-07-24) and
we'll take things from there.
