[W8MWA] Chirp files repository

Hello Everyone,

As was discussed last night here is a link to the 'ChirpFiles' github
repository I mentioned at the club meeting last night.

So far I have added csv files containing the following:

Morgantown Area VHF repeaters.
NOAA Weather Radio
US VHF/UHF simplex calling frequencies.

The list is definitely very incomplete and could definitely use input from
others.

If anyone would like to see something changed/updated or added feel free to
create a github account and let me know what your username is and I'll add
you as a contributor.

If you need help getting started with git/github please do not hesitate to
get in tough with me and I'll help you get started.

If you feel that git is a bit too intimidating or more work than you are
willing to do but still would like to see anything updated/added/changed
get in touch and I'll get the information added.
