[W8MWA] November Meeting Minutes

Greetings All,

Enclosed as an intentional attachment are the meeting minutes from the
November meeting.  Please read and review them  before tomorrow nights
meeting.  It should also be noted that we WILL NOT read the minutes at the
meeting any more.  We will only cover any needed corrections at the meeting
and then only as briefly as possible.

The reason for this is that this year we intend to have a program at every
meeting.  As such, we will need to save as much time as we can.  As such,
from this point on the meeting minutes will be sent to the reflector and
posted on the web site as soon as possible after each meeting.  Members
will be responsible for reviewing and making corrections between the time
they are posted and before the next meeting.

I hope this will not cause anybody any inconvenience.  However, I think you
will find that it will greatly increase the efficiency of our meetings.
