[W8MWA] No Digital VHF?

I think some open discussion at the meeting will iron out these issues and more. Based on what I've seen work - and not work - at dozens of clubs in the US and Canada, we can all benefit from avoiding the missteps of others. With proper education and encouragement, analog and digital users can all get along quite happily.
