[W8MWA] Balloon reschedule

Sorry for the late message but the decision wasn¹t made until just a while
ago.  The balloon launch / tracking / recovery with WVU Engineering has been
put off until Sunday 4/10/2016 due to the weather.  The forecast for
Saturday is calling for winds in excess of limits needed for the launch.
Sunday¹s weather is much better.  The plan is for them to be ready to launch
around 8:00 in the morning from Jacksons Mill.  I¹ll hopefully have more
info on winds and projected path as we get closer to Sunday.  If you want to
see the prep and launch feel free to go to the Mill and watch.  Otherwise
we¹ll try to position somewhere downrange to hopefully get a bearing on
where it¹s going.

Hope to see you Sunday.  We¹ll be on the MWA repeater at the start and then
either some repeater in the area where we¹re going and also plan to monitor
146.52 simplex.
