NWS Pittsburgh Partners, 

We are offering two free online winter skywarn classes on October 31 at 10am and November 4th at 7pm.  Interested people can register via our skywarn page.  Could you please distribute this information to your mailing lists and promote on your social media channels?  Here is a link to the facebook post we made over the weekend.  

Also, this morning NOAA released its winter outlook for 2015-2016.  Details can be found on this page.
