[W8MWA] Node down

The raspberry pi running the Echolink / IRLP node has failed, taking the
node offline.  Something is wrong with the network card in the PI, it lost
its IP and is an unreliable unit at this time.  I am researching the cause
to find out if this is a bug, or if someone used a backdoor to shut it down.
Until I decide to get it back online or not, it was a short lived
experiment.
