TUESDAY March 17, before the MWA Meeting.(be there at 6PM)
RED CROSS, 1299 Pineview Dr, Morgantown -- 3rd Floor

VEs - please let me know you're going to be there. We need three (3) VEs to hold the exams.

Test Candidates - bring 2 forms of ID (Picture ID) and $15 per test sitting--exact change appreciated. IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING LICENSE OR CSCE BRING BOTH THE ORIGINAL AND A COPY.

NO COPY FACILITY AT THE TEST SITE -- BRING YOUR OWN COPY. Copy will be submitted with your application, ORIGINAL will be returned to you. 

PRE-REGISTRATION is not required, but appreciated.
