[W8MWA] Simple, cheap J-pole

Here is a simple and cheap, dual band J-pole setup. Includes dimensions and
parts list.  Not your normal copper pipe j-pole, this one is aluminum.
Swr on this setup, is around 1.1:1 as reported by a colleague of mine.  He
is in Houston PA and opened up our repeater and communicated with me on 10
watts.
