[W8MWA] WVU Balloon chase update

It looks like we¹ll be launching form Jacksons Mill Saturday morning
4/18/15.  Launch time is planned to be around 8:00 but usually gets out a
little later than that.  If anyone is able to come down and help it¹s a
great time and we could use the help.  You get to see lots of the state and
maybe neighboring states that you probably didn¹t know existed.  I¹ll be
going down from WVU Engineering Sciences building about 5:30 AM or you can
meet at the Mill.  This year may be a fun chase as the weather is changing
rapidly and predictions are inconclusive as to the projected path.
