[W8MWA] Call for help from new ham

I got a call this morning from James Shaw -- visually impaired. He took the
exam at MWA, is having problems programming his radio. He has a Kenwood 
TM-V71 or something?

Anybody remember this guy? I think he might have called me when I was on
medical leave and I bounced him to someone else.
