If you receive QST (print or electronic) you will find a review that I wrote on the HF Packer Amp review. My review is on page 65 of the February 2014 edition. 

The HF Packer Amp is a small, portable amp that is intended for use behind a QRP rig. It takes 5 watts in and outputs between 20 and 35 watts depending on the band. Most interesting it's a kit--a good thing if you miss those Heathkit days.
