 Tri-State Amateur Radio Association WV-KY-OH will hold a special event 
station W8VA on December 7, 2013 Pearl Harbor Day, 1400 to 2200 UTC 
(900am to 5pm) In the 40 and 20 meter bands. We will be commemorating 
Pearl Harbor Day, honoring the USS West Virginia and in memory of (SK)
