[W8MWA] Christmas Parade

As many of you are aware of, Randy Crowe's father passed away last Sunday
morning and so Randy & Mig will not be with us at the parade this year.
Randy has asked me to take over the parade response coordination duties.

I do not have any list of names of the club members wishing to participate
in the parade so I am asking that everyone that had spoke up to help with
the parade to reply back to this email to let me know who all is going to
be out tomorrow afternoon.

As it stands now, we will meet at the parking lot on North High Street
where we normally do at 4:30pm. Due to the disruption of the coordination I
will be assigning station placements at that time.

Remember to dress warmly and bring rain gear as the weather forecast is for
cooler temperatures & rain.

Also we will be using the W8CUL repeater 146.760Mhz (-.600) with the PL
tone of 103.5 as our primary comms. channel. 146.550Mhz will be our backup
simplex channel.

As I get responses in today from this email I will try to prepare more of a
plan for the parade and will email those plans out as they are made.
