I am in the market for a new bench power supply. Do any of you all have any recommendations?

Is a switching supply OK or will it likely create too much noise?

Are there any manufacturers who are known for their quality verses the others?

WV Amateur Radio Operators:

 

As Hurricane Sandy is making a presence in WV, the WV Emergency Nets will be
operating on 7.235 during the day and 3.811 MHz during the evenings.

Monitoring will occur 24/7.

 

If you need to be out and about, watch closely for road hazards.

 

ARRL INFORMATION:

The Hurricane Watch Net will begin operations on Sunday, October 28 at 5 PM
EDT (2100 UTC) on 14.325, 7.268 and 3.950 MHz.   www.arrl.org for more
